Take any carbohydrate base.... English muffin, French bread, crumpet, white slice, tortillas etc
Then add tomato puree, tinned tomatoes etc
Then add cheese and any topping you want.
We used grated tasty cheese because it gives a strong flavour so we don't have to use too much of it. We also used mozzarella as it is a lower fat cheese and gives a good texture.

Then cook in the oven until the cheese has melted and all toppings are heated through- approx 10 mins
We added beans too but not the sauce- yum!
