This week year 7's have been making healthy fast food...
wash and chop some potatoes.. cut under the bridge...make all the chips the same size
shred the cabbage
make sure there are not any huge bits of cabbage
be careful when cutting.. knives are sharp..
process the onion- dice it finely with the skin removed.. cut under the bridge
grate the carrot..be careful your fingers don't get grated..
put all the coleslaw ingredients in a bowl and add salt and portion the patties evenly
cook the hot chips with their seasoning (microwave first)
when the chips are ready bake the patties then add the mayonnaise to the coleslaw
serve and enjoy ....
