Koko Laisa

Room 24 have been learning about Koko Samoa with Mrs Sandhu

Noelle's mum and brothers kindly came into school to show Room 24 how to make Samoan Koko Laisa (Koko Rice)

1.Put water in the pan and bring to the boil

2. Add the Koko Samoa

3. Leave it to dissolve

Whilst it was dissolving we had a taste- 

ewwww!!!!

4. Wash the rice

Check the Koko has dissolved

5. Add the rice and leave it to cook

6. Add sugar

7. Add coconut cream

8. Stir it

Then serve it!
