Specialism: Year 8 Fried Rice

This week our Year 8's were making fried rice..


heat a pan


add some beaten egg- cook it..


then take it out and chop it up

or


fry some onions


process some meat/onions


add meat like bacon/chicken to cook or crisp up..


add vegetables of choice and egg and scramble to heat through or cook


add pre cooked rice


1tsp of dark soy for colour

or


curry powder for taste


add light soy (for taste) and  sweet chilli sauce (if you wish)


 serve... enjoy...
